1. The basics

These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase any class or class pack from Mindful Movement with Mikala.

By booking a class, you agree to these terms.

2. What you’re purchasing

Mikala offers:

  • Single class sessions

  • 3, 5, and 10 class passes

All classes are in-person.

All payments are made upfront via the website using secure payment processing (Stripe).

3. Class pack expiry

Class passes are valid for a set period from the date of purchase:

  • 3 class pass: valid for 21 days

  • 5 and 10 class passes: valid for 90 days

Unused classes will expire after this time.

4. Bookings and attendance

All classes must be booked in advance through the website.

Your booking is for your use only and cannot be transferred to another person.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Life happens — this policy is simply here to keep things running smoothly for everyone.

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • Tuesday afternoon classes: at least 6 hours’ notice

  • Saturday morning classes: at least 16 hours’ notice

If you cancel within these timeframes, your class credit will be returned for you to rebook.

If you cancel late or don’t attend your class, that session will be forfeited.

6. If Mikala needs to cancel

If a class is cancelled by Mikala for any reason, you’ll receive a class credit to use at a time that suits you.

7. Refunds

All purchases are final.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Missed classes

  • Unused or expired class passes

8. Health and participation

By attending classes, you agree to take responsibility for your own body and participation.

Mikala welcomes a wide range of clients, including those who are pregnant or postpartum. However, it’s your responsibility to:

  • Move in a way that feels appropriate for you

  • Let Mikala know about anything that may affect your ability to participate safely

A separate health declaration and waiver must be completed after purchase and before attending your first class.

9. General disclaimer

Classes are designed to support your strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing.

They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns, it’s your responsibility to seek advice from a qualified health professional before participating.

10. Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The most current version will always be available on the website.
