Some days you’ll come in needing to take it a bit easier. Maybe you’re building strength back up, working around injury, or simply meeting yourself wherever you’re at (depending on your cycle/energy levels/postpartum recovery).
Other days you’ll want to get a proper sweat on. Get that endorphin hit, feel your muscles burn and be cursing my name the next day.
